Members of the Mothers' Union, the Church and many people in the community have each been busy knitting a Teddy Vean. 140 of them were given to St Petroc's school for children aged 5-6 this academic year. A plan for the next intake of children at St Petroc's and Berrycoombe is underway.

Each Teddy Vean (Vean means little in Cornish) was packaged in a bag, with an explanatory card and a prayer for the children.

Revd. Elaine Munday recorded a video which the school uses along with the book by C.M.Harris called 'What if we all the same': A Children's book about ethnic diversity and inclusion.
