Week 5 of Autumn Song
The choir is honoured to be invited to lead the procession of carol singers behind Bodmin Town Band on Friday 24 November, 6.15pm from The Old Library. The procession will lead to Mount Folly where the choir will sing Enya's 'White is in the Winter Night' before the tree lights are switched on. Band and choir will then lead the community carol singing around the tree and the band will continue to play until 7pm.
Other choirs singing during the procession and around the tree are members of Millpool Chorale and belt it out bodmin.
Uniformed groups and school children will be part of the procession and everyone is welcome to join the parade.
Bodmin Way Community Choir is thrilled to be in a joint concert, 'A Christmas Festival', with Bodmin Town Band on Friday 15 December at 7.30pm in St Petroc's Church. The concert for all ages will take place amidst the trees of the church's Christmas Tree Festival.
