Simon Bonney generously donated his annual bonus to support the running of Time Together.
Simon has seen the benefits of the weekly gathering.
He values community and the work Bodmin Way is doing.
Having heard from his wife Margaret, who volunteers at the friendship group, that financial support was needed in order for the group to continue, Simon decided to give his bonus and said: "That will keep you going for a while."
Simon was right! The friendship group continues to meet at Shire House Suite on Wednesdays, 10.30am to 1.30pm, offering entertainment, games, a place to get on with your own craft project on top of refreshments and the chance to spend time together.
